A Diverse Christian Community in the Anglican Tradition
We are the Church of St Chad & St Mark often referred to as ‘ChadMark’ a diverse Christian community in a diverse area with people of different cultures, faiths and backgrounds living side by side.
We are seeking to follow the Way of Jesus in inner city Wolverhampton. That Way is based in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus explored in the writings of the New Testament of the Bible. One of the most beautiful passages from this are the teachings of Jesus known as The Beatitudes sung here by Sweet Honey in the Rock
We are part of a group of four churches who form the Parish of Central Wolverhampton in the Diocese of Lichfield in the Church of England a part of the worldwide Anglican Communion and are part of a growing group of churches nationally who are part of the Inclusive Church Network
We are also part of the Welcome Churches Network, welcoming refugees
We are managed and led by our District Church Council who oversee the day to day running of the church with the Vicar

We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love. God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them.
